The client: A Ford-based manufacturer of high-end fire extinguisher products for the international motorsport industry.
The brief: A set of new computers to replace older models, whose frequent breakdowns and technical problems were affecting productivity.
The service: LMS Computer Services supplied new Windows 7-ready computers and installed a new email system using Microsoft Office Outlook. To further improve efficiency, a centralised network backup system and a network faxing capability (allowing employees to send paperless faxes from their workstations) were also implemented.
