The client: A Littlehampton-based print finishers.

The brief: To overhaul a problematic and inadequate IT infrastructure, comprising a Windows 98 computer that was used for emailing, a Windows XP PC that was primarily used for accounts and two failing inkjet printers.

The service: LMS Computer Services supplied a brand new computer to replace the Windows 98 PC and upgraded the Windows XP PC. A new, simple network was installed, allowing users in the office to print, scan and copy from every computer. Network faxing capability was also installed. A multifunction device was also supplied and installed, replacing the failing inkjet printers. This provided better print quality and improved overall efficiency.
